Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between TravelAgency.Design ("we", "us") and you ("the client") when you engage us to design and build a website. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We design and develop websites for travel businesses. Each project begins with a written proposal that defines the scope, deliverables, and timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is billed at €50/hour and requires your written approval before we begin.

2. Launch fee and subscription

Our standard pricing is a one-time launch fee of €980 payable upon project kickoff, plus a monthly subscription of €100/month starting from launch. The launch fee covers design, development, and launch. The monthly subscription covers hosting, SSL, backups, updates, and included support.

3. Minimum term

The minimum subscription term is 12 months from launch. If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, the remaining monthly fees become due immediately. After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

4. Ownership

You own all deliverables once the launch fee is paid in full. This includes all design files, code, and content. Upon cancellation, we will provide a complete handover package within 14 days. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing all content (text, images, logos) by the agreed deadline
• Responding to review requests within 3 business days
• Ensuring all content you provide is owned by you or properly licensed
• Providing accurate and truthful information about your business

Project delays caused by late content or slow approval cycles may result in rescheduling the launch date. The 7-day build timeline begins when all content has been received.

6. Payment

The launch fee is invoiced at project kickoff and due within 7 days. Monthly subscription fees are billed monthly via the agreed payment method. Late payments may result in suspension of hosting and support services until the balance is cleared.

7. Revisions

The project includes two rounds of revisions during the build phase. Minor content updates after launch are included in the monthly subscription. Structural changes, new pages, or new features after launch are billable at €50/hour.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business interruption.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved by mutual negotiation first, then by mediation if needed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
